In addition to what you have just viewed, there are a few extra  things that I would like to mention.

Added since the creation of the video:

A. The “view listing” button has been removed. 
B. The initial field will require initials only.
C. At the top of the form, your name, and email address will be required.

Also Remember the following:

1. For best results in entering the correct web address, go to the address bar, right click on the address, and when the address is highlighted, select copy, and then paste that information into the “Web Address” field on the form.

2. Latitude and Longitude information is a must in order to submit listing. Go to http://www.latlong.net and enter the street or whatever “location address” that you may have (even PO Boxes ) with City, State, & Zip Code to get the coordinates to place into the Latitude & Longitude coordinates for the listing. Then you will be able to submit the listing without fail.

PS: It is strongly advised to provide a logo file if possible for the listing. If no logo is obtainable, the form can still be successfully submitted.

**If you are familiar with the windows snipping tool, you will be able to copy, save, and upload that file for the logo if necessary.
