President-Rolanda Macharia
Rolanda Macharia, was born in Detroit, Michigan, raised in Los Angeles, California and moved to McKinney Texas in 2005. She is married to James Macharia, a native of Nairobi Kenya. She has 5 adult children and 17 grandchildren.
Rolanda has worked at Bank of America, mortgage dept in management for 18 years, she has been a board member for North Central Texas Workforce Solutions for 6 years, and is the President and Founder of L.I.F.T. R&R, a 501c3 Non-profit Organization that provides resources and referrals to those in need.
She is the Facilitator of Getting Ahead classes in McKinney Texas for the past 3 years, a Sunday school Youth Teacher at F.G.F.D.T. Church in McKinney Texas and a public speaker. She contributes any success she has experienced, to a saving grace and a loving heavenly father. Her greatest achievements are her children and the bond they have fostered for one another.
Sr. Vice President - James Macharia
James Macharia is from Nairobi Kenya owner of Lens Security Cameras.
Hobbies: Creative Arts, Painting, Graphic Designer, a humanitarian, and a jack of all trades.
James brings a perspective of the needs of others seeing first-hand from the vulnerable continent of Africa.
As we grow together in creating opportunities for others, one of our goals is to be ambassadors overseas as well; and with James on our team we can look forward to successfully delivering with impact internationally.

Treasurer - Ashley Schufford
Ashley Schufford is a honors Graduate from Texas A&M University Commerce with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice. She continued her education with her alma mater pursing her master’s degree in Business Administration and hopes to obtain her JD Degree in law. Yes she loves to learn. She lives in the McKinney Texas with her husband Marshall and their son Marshall Jr. and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She joined the executive board for LIFT R&R in 2020 and has found such fulfillment in helping her community and others in need.
A/V Director & Developer - James Moss Sr.
He attended Strayer University graduating Magna Cum Laude for both Associate level and Bachelor level degrees in Business Administration and Data Management. He has owned and operated his own recording studio, graphic arts and visual arts studio, web design company and computer repair & build businesses. In addition, he also is an intermediate level computer programmer in four programming languages.
Currently he is the chief founder of Aleph 2 Omega, a rapidly growing online brand of social interaction across numerous genres of business, and faith-based operations. His independent endeavors include producing marketing packages, videography and photography service, and A/V consulting for an exclusive list of clients.
Technology Strategist - Kirdric Hill
Kirdric brings his passion for technology and innovation to our non-profit as a dedicated director specializing in technology and marketing strategy. With a background in agile program management, he leads initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and user experiences through innovative technological solutions.
In his role, Kirdric is tasked with delivering and implementing technical solutions that empower our teams to operate with greater efficiency, productivity, and collaboration. His expertise ensures that our organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements, enabling us to better serve our community and achieve our mission.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Kirdric enjoys traveling, drawing, and cherishing moments with his loved ones. His commitment to both personal and professional growth makes him a valuable asset to our board and a driving force behind our success.
